1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging into the game, using the website, downloading the client, using the launcher, making a top-up, joining our Discord, or using any related MuExul service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Server Rules, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Top-Up Policy.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure that your use of MuExul is legal in your country or region. If you are under the legal age required to use online services or make purchases in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information where required.
• You must keep your login details secure.
• MuExul may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that break our rules or these Terms.

4. Game Data, Characters and Virtual Items

Characters, items, Zen, jewels, resets, master levels, WCoinC, WCoinP, Goblin Points, rewards, rankings, and all other in-game data are virtual records within the MuExul server environment. They do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

MuExul may modify, remove, rebalance, reset, correct, or adjust virtual items, rewards, rates, shops, events, rankings, or account data when needed for balance, security, bug fixing, or server stability.

5. Server Availability

We aim to keep the server online and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The server, website, launcher, shop, database, or related services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, restarts, attacks, technical issues, hosting issues, bugs, or other reasons.

6. Rules and Fair Play

You must follow the MuExul Server Rules. Cheating, exploiting, duping, botting, using unfair tools, abusing payment systems, abusing rewards, real-money trading outside official systems, or harming the community may result in penalties, including permanent account closure.

7. Top-Ups, Donations and Virtual Currency

WCoinC top-ups are intended to support the server and provide access to selected virtual currency or services within MuExul. WCoinC, WCoinP, Goblin Points, and all virtual items are not bank deposits, investments, financial products, or real currency.

All top-ups are subject to our Refund & Top-Up Policy. Using payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, stolen payment methods, or other payment abuse may result in account restrictions or permanent bans.

8. Changes to the Server

MuExul is a long-term server project, and balance may change over time. We may change rates, drop settings, reset costs, shops, prices, events, rewards, VIP benefits, item availability, game mechanics, website features, or other parts of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuExul is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, bugs, lost access, data loss, account sharing, third-party actions, hosting issues, or user-side technical problems.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using MuExul at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the server, website, account, shop, or community spaces if you violate these Terms, our Server Rules, or if we need to protect the server, staff, players, or project.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of MuExul after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
