1. WCoinC Top-Ups
WCoinC top-ups are optional and are intended to support the MuExul project. After a successful top-up, WCoinC may be credited to your game account and used for selected virtual items, services, VIP features, or shop purchases within MuExul.
WCoinC is a virtual server currency. It is not real money, has no cash value outside MuExul, and cannot be exchanged back into real money.
2. WCoinP and Goblin Points
WCoinP is intended as a vote-only reward currency. Goblin Points are intended as activity/event reward currency. These currencies have no real-world cash value and cannot be sold, traded for real money, withdrawn, or refunded.
3. Digital Delivery
WCoinC and related virtual services are delivered digitally. In most cases, once WCoinC has been credited to an account or used in the shop, the service is considered delivered.
Before completing a top-up, players may be asked to confirm that they understand the digital nature of the purchase and that refund/cancellation rights may be limited once the currency is credited or used, except where required by law.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered manually in limited situations, such as:
- payment was taken but WCoinC was not credited;
- duplicate payment was made by mistake;
- technical error caused an incorrect top-up amount;
- another issue where MuExul staff determine that a refund or correction is fair and reasonable.
5. When Refunds Are Usually Not Available
Refunds are usually not available when:
- WCoinC has already been spent;
- virtual items, VIP, buffs, services, or other digital benefits have already been delivered or used;
- the player changed their mind after receiving or using the virtual currency;
- the account was banned, restricted, or penalised for breaking rules;
- the player shared the account and another person used the currency or items;
- the player bought currency, items, or accounts outside official MuExul systems.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with a top-up, contact MuExul support first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may result in temporary account restriction while the issue is investigated.
Fraudulent payments, stolen payment methods, repeated chargebacks, or payment abuse may result in removal of WCoinC/items, account suspension, or permanent ban.
7. Server Changes and Balance Updates
MuExul may update shops, item prices, VIP benefits, rates, rewards, drop settings, balance, or game mechanics. Refunds are not normally provided because of future balance changes, price changes, shop updates, or server adjustments.
8. Server Downtime
We do our best to keep the server online, but downtime, restarts, maintenance, bugs, updates, attacks, hosting problems, or technical issues may happen. Refunds are not normally provided for temporary downtime.
9. How to Request Support
If you have a payment or top-up issue, contact MuExul support through the official website or Discord support channel and provide:
- account username;
- date and approximate time of payment;
- payment amount;
- payment reference or transaction ID, if available;
- short explanation of the issue.
10. No Real-Money Trading
WCoinC, WCoinP, Goblin Points, items, characters, accounts, and all other virtual assets may not be sold, traded, or exchanged for real money outside official MuExul systems. Real-money trading may result in permanent ban.
11. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be removed under applicable law.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Top-Up Policy from time to time. Continued use of MuExul after changes means you accept the updated policy.
