1. General Conduct

• Respect other players, staff members, and the community.
• Harassment, hate speech, racism, threats, doxxing, extreme toxicity, or personal attacks are not allowed.
• Spamming, flooding, advertising other servers, or intentionally disrupting the community is not allowed.
• Impersonating staff members or pretending to represent MuExul is strictly forbidden.

2. Cheats, Exploits, Bugs and Third-Party Tools

• Using cheats, hacks, packet editors, memory editors, automation tools, bots, or any software that gives an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs, dupes, shop errors, reward errors, event bugs, or any unintended mechanic is prohibited.
• If you find a bug or exploit, you must report it to staff instead of using it.
• Items, currency, resets, levels, rewards, or progress gained through bugs or exploits may be removed without compensation.

3. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account, password, email, and devices secure.
• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• MuExul staff will never ask for your password.
• Account sharing is done at your own risk. We may refuse to restore items, characters, or currency lost due to shared access.

4. Trading and Real-Money Trading

• Trading in-game items, Zen, jewels, accounts, characters, or currency for real money outside official MuExul systems is prohibited.
• Selling or buying accounts, characters, items, or currency outside the server is not allowed.
• Scamming, fake trades, impersonation during trades, and trade manipulation are not allowed.
• Staff may investigate suspicious trades and remove items or currency connected to rule violations.

5. PvP, PK and Gameplay Behaviour

• PvP and PK are part of the game, but targeted harassment, repeated abuse, or gameplay disruption beyond normal competition may be reviewed by staff.
• Event abuse, blocking event NPCs, intentionally disrupting server events, or abusing safe-zone mechanics may lead to penalties.
• Using alternative accounts to avoid punishments, abuse rewards, manipulate events, or bypass limits is prohibited.

6. Donations, WCoinC, WCoinP and Goblin Points

• WCoinC is the top-up/support currency used for selected server services or shop items.
• WCoinP is intended as a vote-only reward currency.
• Goblin Points are intended as an activity/event reward currency.
• Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged back into real money.
• Abusing top-up systems, vote systems, rewards, or payment systems may result in account restriction or permanent ban.

7. Staff Decisions and Penalties

Staff may issue warnings, mutes, temporary bans, permanent bans, item removals, currency removals, character rollbacks, account restrictions, or other actions depending on the situation.

Penalties may be applied without prior warning in serious cases, including cheating, duping, payment abuse, staff impersonation, or severe community harm.

8. Rule Changes

MuExul may update these rules at any time. It is the player's responsibility to stay informed. Continued use of the server after changes means you accept the updated rules.
